The Cracker adopts one (two) pairs of relatively rotating tooth roller, and the large-sized (whole) grain material is subjected to continuous one (two) times of extrusion,different speed of tooth roller shearing and combined working, decomposed into small particle materials that meet the process requirements. It is especially suitable for the crushing of soybeans, cottonseed, sunflower seeds, peanuts and soybean meal in oil and fat mills.
The Cracker mainly crushes the vegetable oil particles, improves the quality of the raw material of the vegetable oil, facilitates the extraction of the oil, completes the requirements on the particle size of the oil before the oil pressing process, and improves the protein content and the oil yield of the oil and fat. It is the key of the vegetable oil plant. Pretreatment equipment can also achieve coarse/fine grinding in the flour production and biofuel industries.
