Feature

A low-noise transmission device is used to directly drive the rubber roller. The rubber roller has low-speed manual and automatic interchange modes, replacing the traditional gearbox transmission process. It adopts the manual and automatic two-way interchange function of the fast and slow rollers. The automatic function can set the time arbitrarily to realize the automatic interchange of the fast and slow rollers without stopping the machine, eliminating the need for frequent manual gear and roller changes, saving worry and effort, and has intelligent control functions. It adopts German coaxial high-speed rotating technology precision cylinder, which has the advantages of precise structure, convenient operation, simple maintenance and low failure rate. Using imported bearings, imported sensors and other high-end electrical components, the performance is stable and reliable and the service life is longer. The equipment provides an active circulation cooling system to adjust the internal temperature of the studio in real time; and the lighting of the rice hulling room. Fully automatic control system, automatic detection, automatic roll closing when there is material, timely loosening of the roll when there is no material, stepless adjustment of the tight roll pressure, greatly reducing the intensity of worker operation. It is suitable for processing different raw grains, with large processing output, high shelling rate and low broken rice rate.
