GAMMA Bulk feed tank/truck integrates loading,transporting and unloading for materials in bulk. The can is set up on the truck body. The special facility consists of tank assembly, transport system (horizontal unloading system, vertical unloading system and flexible unloading system), hydraulic system, electric power steering system, wireless remote control system, gate separation bin system.
GAMMA bulk feed tank/truck is mainly used to transport feedstuff finished products or feed raw materials like soy bean meal from feed mills to livestock farms, poultry farms and feed processing users, and at the same time it is also available to transport some of the non-corrosive powder and granular materials, such as liquor-making raw materials, pharmaceutical raw material powders as well as grain.
With domestic innovation, electric auger rotator design is used. Compared to manual rotating auger, electric rotating auger effectively reduces operation strength and improves work efficiency.
We are innovative to choose remote wireless remote control auger positioning technology. Just one worker during the required distance by wireless remote control, auger lifting and rotary positioning can be easily remotely controlled, which significantly saves manpower.
Wide inclined angle stiffener tank inner design, enabling material to fall at all angles. Actual test shows that the residue is of 0.22 percent or less.
Material unloading from the tank is provided by three-phase power supply(380V)and power consumption is equal to and less than 1.2t/kwh, which avoids using oil burning power, so it is low carbon environmental protection and reduces costs.
The use of technology of advanced electronic control such as phase protectors, auger motor sequence starter protection device prevents operator´s misoperation.
Each compartment of the tank can be fitted with different materials. Through controlling the gate, material unloading in any compartment can be realized, which has advantage of pollution-free and flexibility in choosing the number of tanks.
