Extruder Structure
 

The extruder mainly consists of a feeder, a conditioner, a bypass, extruding chambers, a discharging hood shield, a base, a main motor and a lubricating oilway.

Feeding and conditioning 
The feeding and conditioning part consists of a screw feeder, a conditioner, a water (or steam) device and a speed adjusting gear.

Bypass 
The bypass stands between the conditioner and the inlet of the extruding chamber, through which the flowing direction of materials out of the conditioner can be chosen: materials entering the inlet of the extruding assembly are extruded or flowing out of the chute of the bypass is treated as waste materials.

Principal machine

The principal machine does not cover the pipeline elements of the conditioner, which should be prepared by customer.
The design is characterized by following three points:
Using a steam-water separator;
Using a pressure reducing valve;
Adding a draining-down water pipe before the conditioner.
